Part Production Approval Process
The Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) outlines the methods used for the
approval of production and service commodities, including bulk materials, up to
and including the Part Submission Warrant (PSW). The purpose of the Production
Part Approval Process is to ensure that suppliers of components comply with the
design specification and can show documentary evidence that the level can be
maintained during the life of the product.

Course Outcomes
Participants will understand the scope, definition and purpose of the PPAP and
when a Production Part Approval is required. They will gain an appreciation of
the levels of submission, the various process elements required and the
implications of the Part Submission Status. Participants will gain a familiarity
of the associated documentation.
All training is provided conveniently at your own site for up to 10 delegates. All you need to provide is the room, your normal catering & of course the delegates.
