We are proud as Failure Modes & Effects Analysis methods experts to be able to promote our own FMEA software which matches the current FMEA requirements of QS 9000 and TS 16949.

The reason for the introduction of the software is because as methods experts we were unable to find a proprietary package which mimicked the method correctly thus rendering them hard to use and very difficult to maintain.

We have employed our extensive experience of the practical application of the FMEA process. This has enabled us to design a software package that not only conforms to all the latest requirements but is simple to use. At Key steps in the process bespoke sheets help the team to gather and enter the correct information.

Our software suite has also now been extended to include Work Instructions in the same easy to follow manner.
