The course is designed to give an appreciation of the importance of some of the key standards that companies are required to adopt to achieve best practice. The course goes on to explain how to meet some of the dominant needs of these standards, whilst improving and integrating your production methods.

The key role the Control Plan plays in your processes and the importance of its pedigree. Appreciation of Measurement systems Analysis (MSA) including Gauge R & R with a focus on how to determine if a gauge is fit for purpose. Insight into the key concepts associated with statistically controlling a process and determining its capability. How to realise your process improvements through your deployment documents and a holistic approach.
