We have used Roger Thorpe and Hope Enterprises now for three different training courses, including failure mode and Effects Analysis and Measurement Systems Analysis. We have found his ability to adapt his training to reflect our exact requirements excellent, and the software developed by Hope Enterprises to be user friendly and of great value to our business.
