"Process FMEA, Done!"
“How to Easily and Effectively save money, reduce waste and most importantly reduce Customer complaints”
(A Comprehensive, step-by-step, easy to follow system, from Process Flow to Deployment via the Process FMEA and Control Plan, guaranteed to work…or your money back!)
Hello,
Let’s face it, creating and maintaining Process FMEAs and their associated documents is time consuming and arduous!
If you have tried to maintain your Process FMEA you’ve probably waded through the document only to find you need to repeat so many of the changes in the Control Plan. Even worse having found the Control Plan that you thought you were going to amend the items you want to amend aren’t even in the document and the task suddenly mushrooms.
As for the Process Flow diagram when it comes to updating, it has its own characteristic problems, the most common being that it’s not written at the same level of resolution as the Process FMEA. When it comes to updating this your faced with an even bigger task of completely re-writing it, or adopting the simplest approach of ‘because it’s at a different level I don’t need to apply the changes’ and it gets put away again. As for the Operator Instructions do they really tell the Operator what they need to know and is that matched to the Control Plan?
All in all your time is at a premium if it is not easy to make swift changes through no fault of your own it is likely that your attention will end up on a more pressing task.
But it’s not just maintaining the Process FMEA which is difficult…
Do any of the following sound at all familiar?
- ‘I find that my Process FMEA takes ages to create'
- It is an arduous task updating the Process Flow, Process FMEA and the Control Plan because they’re not linked so you have to enter the same information three times over'
- The auditor always finds holes in my documents where they don’t tie up'
- The software solution we have is unworkable or at best ineffective'
- The team spent the whole of the last FMEA meeting arguing over the rankings without a clear result'
- My Process FMEA is so long it’s not practical to update the document'
There is the added complication that the goal posts get moved periodically, like they did in June of 2008 when the 4th Edition of the FMEA Handbook was published. I have adapted my knowledge to match the new requirements.
There are several secret aspects of creating and maintaining a Process FMEA, Process Flow, Control Plan and Operator Instructions. The system which I have designed for you reveals how to overcome these issues with particular focus on approaches that will reduce the time you require to compile your Process FMEA.
I know what you’re thinking...
“...Yeah, this sounds great, but we’ve been creating Process FMEAs for years and we’ve not managed to achieve what your offering, so how is it that you know how to do this?”
When I first started training people in Process FMEA, 13 years ago, I thought it was enough to sequentially navigate the delegates through the various steps of the technique...
WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!
Through my years of practical application workshops where I work with companies in the Automotive, Motorsport, Healthcare, Industrial, Construction, Commercial, Railway and Aerospace sectors, regardless of whether they were manufacturing or assembling products I established how to compile meaningful, concise Process FMEAs which could be created in a sensible time frame while still adding value and a true benefit to the business. The fine detail, the choice of words, the level of resolution required, to name but a few, none of which get a mention in the FMEA Handbook.(Also the bits in the FMEA handbook that don’t work!)
In addition to this I identified how to correctly link the Process Flow diagram to the Process FMEA and likewise the Process FMEA to the Control Plan, but most of all how to successfully translate this content to the people who needed to know what these documents say in a way that can be easily understood and is useful to them.
What I promise...
...is that as long as you follow the advice I provide, I will show you how to create and maintain your key documents, therefore an appropriate amount of time will be spent on the importance of the quality of content for Process FMEAs as well as the Process Flow, Control Plan and Operator Instructions.
And if this wasn’t enough!...
I will share with you the tools and techniques that I have used with other Companies, what works and what to avoid. I will highlight from my experience with other people who have really benefited from the full adoption of the approach how to maximise the benefit both in terms of Customer satisfaction and Internal Production. I want you to be able to use the approach in anger to make the result of your activities provide you with the maximum payback for the time and energy you put into it!
The very best news for you is this: I’m willing to tell you how I do it.
My new system ‘Process FMEA, Done!’ which saves time and directly benefits the business,

"Dear Roger,
Just a short note to thank you for your prompt attention. The preliminary meeting to define the scope of the training workshop was a good idea. The subsequent training workshop was very successful and the FMEA is still being implemented and indeed will soon be expanded into other areas. I may well be in touch later in the year regarding further training.”

I’m offering you the chance to own an information packed, no-holes-barred, tell it like it is, frank and honest system where I spill the beans on everything I’ve learned about Process FMEA from the Process Flow diagram to the Control Plan and onwards to deployment.
The information pack contains a CD with 19 chapters of MP3 audio which explain concisely my system so that you don’t have to listen to hours and hours of unnecessary words. You can access the relevant chapters to match where you are in the process. All of this is supported by a manual which is cross-referenced in the audio files.
You can’t get these secrets anywhere else!
I have helped people who even after having consultants come to site and work with them or where they have attend other training courses which in some cases span 3 days the payback and business benefit isn’t achieved. Once they have my system everything falls into place.
“Okay – So What’s The Cost For This Incredible material?”
I have thought long and hard about delivering this exclusive information only as part of a high-priced consulting solution where I would charge at least £1,450 per person. But I feel that such a price won’t help the people who can most stand to gain from what I have to offer, in the current financial climate so I’ve settled on a solution which gives you all the information you’ll need, plus personalised input from me.
That’s why the entire package of Audio CD and manual is only £230 + VAT.
I know what you’re thinking...
“...that seems good value for money, but I’ve still got to justify the cost.”
Fair enough after all we are in a recession. So, what tangible results can you expect that can be offset against the investment?
Even if you only avoid ONE Customer complaint, which would be an extremely disappointing result, and that complaint ONLY took ONE day for a SMALL team, say 3 people, to resolve, it would pay for my system several times over on wages alone!
I want to give you as much help as possible so I am also including the following free bonuses…!
Special Bonus For Your Quick Action
My system is packed with closely guarded tools and techniques for the effective creation of Process FMEAs. Truth is, you’ll never find this in-depth information in any other system. However, to encourage you to take action now in today’s difficult climate I’m also going to hand you a very special bonus to reward you for taking action immediately.
I will however be limiting these bonuses to the first hundred Customers who purchase my system. (I also have to keep an eye on the costs in these difficult times).
